This policy explains what personal data BOLSOLOCURA LLC ("we", "us"), the company behind Eat Small Kitchen and eatsmallkitchen.com, collects and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

  • Purchases. When you buy, payment is handled by Stripe (through its Link / Managed Payments service), which acts as the seller of record and processes your card, name, email and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your email address, what you bought and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Free starter sign-ups. If you request the free 3-Day Starter by email, we store your email address with our email provider (MailerLite) to send you the PDF and occasional emails about cooking and our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Emails you send us. We keep your messages so we can answer them.
  • Website analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. If we run ads, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure them; it is only active when it appears in this policy's list below.

Active tracking tools today: none.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought or requested, to answer your questions, to handle refunds, to prevent fraud and misuse of download links, and, if you signed up, to send you emails you can stop at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, download delivery and email forwarding), MailerLite (emails, if you sign up) and Google (our email inbox). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email sign-ups until you unsubscribe. Messages for up to 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
